I was about 8 years old when I first discovered Sam Fine. He was THE go to celebrity make up artist, especially for women of color. We used to say you knew you made it when Sam Fine does your make up. He not only still looks exactly the same (fountain of youth anyone?) but he is still at the top of the Make Up industry.
